INFORMATION ON DELIVERY

Nugnes1920.com offers worldwide shipping. Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM (UTC/GMT +1) excluding public holidays in Italy. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Nugnes1920.com is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs practices or any other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control.

Available items are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the order date. Please note that during promotional periods and sales events shipping may experience slight delays.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers will receive an email notification with the tracking number as soon as the shipping document is generated. To track your shipment, simply follow the link provided in the notification which will redirect you to the courier’s website. 

SHIPMENT INSURANCE: all shipments are insured against theft or accidental damage at no extra cost to the customer. However, once the package is delivered the insurance coverage ceases to apply.

Orders are processed after verifying the product availability and the authorization of the payment. Once finalized, customers will receive the order confirmation via email. Nugnes1920.com reserves the right to reconfirm product availability; should an item be unavailable, customers will be promptly notified by our e-commerce team.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. If an order cannot be shipped due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will be informed accordingly.

Note: if, for some resason a parcel is not collected, any related shipping and return costs and/or extra charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

 

SHIPMENTS BLOCKED BY THE CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES IN THE CUSTOMER’S COUNTRY OF ORIGIN DUE TO INCONSISTENCY WITH THE IMPORT REGULATIONS MAY BE SHIPPED BACK TO ITALY AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSES. ALL EXPENSES FOR IMPORTING GOODS BACK INTO ITALY AND THE EXPENSES FOR SUCH RETURN WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.

TAXES AND DUTIES 

Nugnes1920.com ships using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) formula for selected countries ensuring that all duties and taxes are included in the total purchase price.

These countries include:

European Union, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Monaco, Qatar, Switzerland, *Hong Kong, *Macau, *Japan, *South Korea, and the United States.

For all other destinations, DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) applies. Customers will be required to pay additional custom duties and taxes upon delivery. These costs are not refundable.

Please be aware that any local trade tax and/or custom duty will be charged directly to the Customer by the courier's company at the time of shipment and will not be refunded if the goods are returned.

AUTHORISED DELIVERY

Upon receiving an order customers are advised to inspect the package before signing for acceptance. All packages are securely sealed with Nugnes1920.com’s branded tape. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, customers may sign for it with reservation or refuse delivery.

If an unauthorized signature is provided or there is evidence of a compromised package, we advise filing a claim with the local courier and contacting us immediately at web@nugnes1920.com.

 

DELIVERY FAILURE

If, for any reason, the order placed is not delivered to the address of the Customer due to his/her lack of cooperation (such as wrong telephone number, wrong address, unavailable recipient, failure to comply with import regulations) the package will be sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expense including import taxes as provided for in the trade agreements. These expenses will be deducted from any potential refund.

 

TRANSPORT DOCUMENTS

In compliance with international import and export regulations all orders from NUGNES1920.COM are shipped from Trani, Italy, accompanied by an official receipt or invoice. This document accurately idicates the total purchase amount in Euros. In accordance with international trade laws, it is strictly prohibited to declare a lower value or classify items as gifts.


TRANSPORT DOCUMENTS FOR EXOTIC LEATHER GOODS

Orders from Nugnes1920.com for products made of exotic leathers which are shipped outside the European Economic Community (EEC) require a C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) certificate. The document serves as a passport for such items to confirm that the material used are originated from legally bred animals and not captured in the wild. Additional details can be found at www.cites.org. The required documentation is issued by the "Fishing Wildlife and Game Customs" office and takes approximately 14 days to process. As the CITES certificate necessitates a tax invoice, payment for these products will be charged prior to shipping. The dispatch of the order will be delayed based on document processing times.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

If a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, items may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery.

 

ORIGINAL CONDITIONS

Returned items must be in pristine condition, unworn, unaltered, and packed in their original packaging with the single-use seal intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt by contacting web@nugnes1920.com and obtaining authorization.

 

REQUEST FOR AUTHORISATION TO RETURN THE GOODS

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

- The return request must be submitted within 14 days via the returns and exchanges page or by contacting customer care at web@nugnes1920.com.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or signs of wear. Shoe soles must remain in pristine condition. 

- All original tags, packaging and accessories (e.g., hangers, garment covers, envelopes) must be included. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original and undamaged boxes.

Once the request is processed a confirmation email is sent to the customer along with the shipping instructions and the return label. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted. Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be returned to the sender. If an unauthorized return is accepted a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

For multiple-item orders, all items included in the return request must be sent together. Otherwise, applicable customs and transport costs for the unreturned items will be deducted from the refund.

Gift boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

The customer can choose between the following compensation options: 


1. SIZE EXCHANGE

- Exchanges are only permitted for size changes and subject to availability.

- The new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified.

- Exchanged items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

- Returns must be made in a single shipment.

- Exchange shipments will be made using the same delivery service (DHL) at no additional charge.

2. REFUND

- The cost of the returned goods will be refunded excluding the original shipping fee.

- Refunds will be issued after the returned items have been inspected and approved.

- Credit card refunds typically process within 10 days although timing may vary depending on the financial institution.

- Refunds will be made in the original purchase currency. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be covered.

All items undergo quality checks before shipping. If a customer receives a defective item a case must promptly raised by email to web@nugnes1920.com with the order number, item code and photos as per below:

- Front, back, and sides of the item

- Product label

- Shoe soles (if applicable)

Items damaged due to normal wear, accidental damage or misuse will not be considered defective. If an item is deemed defective or there was a shipping error Nugnes1920.com will cover the return shipping costs.

Gift boxes are non-refundable.

 

PRICES AND CURRENCY

Transactions are processed in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or British Pounds (GBP). The final price is based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

 

CREDIT CARD

All transactions are processed on a secure server with HTTPS protocol. Customers are encouraged to use 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode) for enhanced security. Further details can be found at www.visa.com and www.mastercard.com.

 

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Users may provide personal data when contacting customer service. Under privacy regulations authorities may request data for compliance monitoring. Customers must provide all required details, including payment information, to complete a transaction.

 

CHARGES TO CREDIT CARDS

Nugnes1920.com requires up to 10 business days to verify product availability and process credit card transactions. Upon confirmation of the oder and pre-order, the full amount will be charged according to the customer’s banking agreement.

 

CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION

If sufficient funds are available and the transaction is approved by the bank the order will be processed immediately and a order confirmation number will be issued. Authorized funds remain temporarily blocked until the charge is completed.

 

PAYPAL

Nugnes1920.com is in the Paypal circuit. This allows us to receive payments securely via Paypal or via Credit Cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, American Express and JCB. For more information about the PayPal payment system please visit www.paypal.com.
